FAQ
Are your sessions in-person? Do you offer teletherapy services?
I am currently offering telehealth/teletherapy video sessions for online clients from anywhere in British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and the Yukon. I am offering in-person sessions for double vaccinated individuals in Tintown, Courtenay, BC. Sandplay therapy is the only modality I offer that do not translate well to telehealth. All other modalities are just as effective virtually!
How much does a session cost?
Session fees are on a sliding scale of $170-$225 +gst for 50 minute sessions, to allow a broader range of accessibility for my counselling services. When booking you can let me know below what rate between $170-$225 per session feels affordable and sustainable for you.
How often should I come in for counselling sessions?
Ideally as we start off counselling it is best to have weekly sessions or sessions every second week. However, I know that this isn’t possible for everyone due to time or financial constraints, so together we will set up a care plan and work around whatever frequency of counselling works best, and is most accessible for you.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, I carry $3-million professional liability insurance.

I completed both my Master’s degree and Doctoral degree in Depth Psychology with an emphasis on Jungian psychology and archetypal studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California.
